Rice Lake Utilities has started the design of utility and street improvements for Phipps Avenue from Allen Street to Messenger Street and Wisconsin Avenue from Newton Street to Douglas Street. Two public information meetings (PIMs) will be held.

The public information meetings will introduce the proposed improvements and solicit feedback from the public.  A project overview presentation will be provided, followed by a question-and-answer session. Rice Lake Utility staff and the City’s consulting engineer SEH, will be available to answer questions.  Participants will be able to provide written or verbal comments during the meetings.  If you are unable to attend the meetings, you may provide comments by contacting Tim Aaby, General Manager, Rice Lake Utilities, at 320 W Coleman Street, Rice Lake, WI  54868, 715.234.7004 or tima@ricelakeutilities.com.
