Residential Service: RG-1 (Effective: Feb. 1, 1997)

Customer Charge:	$4.00 per month
Energy Charge:	$.0506 per kWh plus PCAC

Residential Time of Day Service: RG-2 (Effective: Feb. 1, 1997)

Customer Charge:	$8.00 per month
Energy Charge: On-Peak Off-Peak	$.1001 per kWh plus PCAC $.0212 per kWh plus PCAC

On-Peak Hours shall be from 9:00 a.m. through 9:00 p.m., Monday-Friday, excluding Holidays.

Security Lighting: Y1-1 (Effective: Feb. 1, 1997)

175-watt MV	$4.50 per lamp per month
100-watt HPS	$4.50 per lamp per month
150-watt HPS	$5.00 per lamp per month
175-watt MH	$4.50 per lamp per month
250-watt HPS	$5.50 per lamp per month
400-watt HPS	$6.50 per lamp per month
Ornamental:
150-watt HPS w/Ornamental Pole	$7.00 per lamp per month
210-watt HPS w/Ornamental Pole	$16.00 per unit per month
Energy Charge:	$.0215 per kWh plus PCAC

Power Cost Adjustment Clause (PCAC)
The PCAC is the month-to-month adjustment in the cost of power due to charges incurred by the Rice Lake Electric Utility from it's Wholesale Supplier.
